Excellent week at the Tamra Hotel. The choice of 7 different pools and the magnificent gardens are exceptional. The welcome and atmosphere (especially with Rico) are very pleasant, and for that, a big thank you to Fram, which has an exceptional French-speaking team. I would like to thank Mohamed, who was the French-speaking representative for Fram and who was very professional, very warm, and above all, a truly wonderful person. A very big thank you to him!

Excellent hotel. Clean and pleasant place. Attentive and helpful staff. A place for all types of guests: couples, lovers, seniors, etc. Themed evenings for everyone. A very diverse restaurant with Italian chefs offering a wide variety of dishes each evening. It's like a mini-village with everything you need: restaurants, children's play areas, a bar, and even a few souvenir shops. Seven swimming pools, each with its own style; there's even a pool for adults.

At the beginning of our vacation in Sharm el-Sheikh, we wanted everything to go well, but... not with Biblio-Globus. Since this tour operator uses Rossiya Airlines, everything went awry. The flight was delayed for 15 minutes, then another 30 minutes, and so instead of departing at 9:20, it was released "due to technical reasons" 2.5 hours later. Good. Upon arrival, we were faced with walking who knows where and searching for a bus somewhere in 50-degree heat, and it would definitely be yours. Good! We found it! We did it ourselves! Hello, here's your bus, and yes, ladies, don't forget, please bring your suitcases higher than your average height onto the bus, through the window!!! Hey!!!! Biblio-Globus, what did you hit???? Your service staff is telling you, tourists, that you should serve yourselves???? By lifting your suitcase to your own height??? Which, of course, we didn't do. We simply boarded the bus, and your staff had to do their job! At the Tamra Beach Resort, the receptionist, like the other staff, didn't speak Russian. It turned out the Superior room we'd booked didn't exist. We'd supposedly paid for a standard room. We went and looked at the room, which, excuse me, had one double bed for three adults and a sofa by the exit for a third adult. Of course, this didn't suit us. Why, excuse me, do you knowingly provide false information about the hotel, its layout, and everything else on the website so the hotel staff can "cash in" by saying we'll put you in the room you booked in your package if you want, but you'll have to pay the guy at the reception desk an extra $40, or you'll have to go to another hotel. Fine. We contacted our travel agent. By the way, they don't allow calls from a landline—you know, we're in Egypt and don't plan on using our mobile phone. We connected to Wi-Fi, and again, we found out that yes, we'd booked a superior room, and they don't have any standards. A complete, brazen rip-off. Fine. We demanded a room that suited us without any "extra charges." But... The show goes on, gentlemen. Remember, the treatment of Russian-speaking tourists is appalling. NO ONE on the staff speaks Russian!!! You wear a bracelet indicating that you speak Russian, but no one will understand, much less speak, Russian to you! All the excellent treatment is reserved for the Italians; they have different bracelets and, accordingly, some other system that gives them perks. But, dear guests, if you have a clear separation of traffic flows, why make such a big deal out of it? Then focus on your VIP clients and don't invite other guests!!! It smacks of nationalism, though!!! About the hotel, I'd like to add that the room will only be properly cleaned after an extra fee is paid to the cleaner. Otherwise, thanks for taking out the trash, that's an option. The food at the hotel is varied; you can choose something you like. They certainly try to clean the beach—the key word is "try." Departure from the hotel was marked, of course, by a 6.5-hour delay for the star airline Rossiya. They picked us up from the hotel with a friendly "Put your suitcases out the bus window." Yeah, right, 20 kg now, we scattered. Bottom line: 1. Rossiya Airlines (the only one with colossal delays on the departure board for all destinations out of Sharm!!! All the others, like Swiss watches, were on their own routes) stole 10 hours of our lives, which means we won't be using them anymore. 2. BiblioGlobus provides deliberately false information about the hotel, which means if we decide to use your services, we'll weigh everything very carefully and decide whether to ruin our vacation or not.

Great establishment! However, the spa isn't great. They sell you services, but frankly, they leave much to be desired. For the pedicure, I ended up having my ears butchered – a disaster! And for the massage, the two masseurs spent their time whispering and yawning to each other... very disappointed 😞
