Victoria greeted us at reception. We consider her a gem of this hotel. She explained everything to us professionally, quickly, and competently. She got us checked in ahead of schedule in a wonderful room, taking into account all our requests (at no extra charge!). I'd especially like to mention the young man who cleaned our room daily. He was friendly and always smiling. He delighted us with various creations with fresh flowers on our towels, which was especially nice. The restaurant always had fresh pastries and a variety of sweets. The dishes were always delicious and varied. Fruit was available daily. Juices, water, hot and cold drinks were available. Polite drivers took us to and from the beach in minutes. The sea is simply a miracle. Warm and crystal clear. The entry into the water is excellent. After the beach, you can enjoy a swim in the pool, do aqua aerobics, or slide down the waterslide. We even tried the children's pool, which had so many different structures. And overall, we want to say a huge thank you to the entire team for their seaside hospitality, attentiveness, and impeccable service. This vacation will remain in our memories as a warm, sun-drenched memory. We will definitely return to this coastal paradise!

Located in Nabq Bay, a trip to Naama Bay costs at least $10 via the OneDrive app. Everything is acceptable, like any old hotel: furniture and tissues are unavailable. What's unacceptable is that the stay has become a disaster; mosquitoes are rampant. The hotel is trying to combat this with spraying, but staying at the resort feels like staying in a factory. The air is polluted, and I expect the mosquitoes will be there for a long time. I went to Naama Bay, and there were no mosquitoes.

One star because ZERO was impossible: it's not a 5-star hotel as some have written, but a 4-star one (I assume you bought it). There's a world of difference between the 5-star beachfront resort and this one. Cleanliness is nonexistent: pillowcases stained with blood and a pen, bathroom towels with holes, dirty beach towels, beach mats full of bird droppings (maybe they clean them, but don't turn them over), the restaurant chairs are so greasy we'll just leave them alone, I doubt the placemats on the tables are washed, and they put cutlery directly on them without napkins. The distance from the sea, after all this, is irrelevant and doesn't justify the price (for an extra $50 a night, you can move to the other resort). ADDITION: I have nothing more to add about cleanliness, but the worst thing is the maître d' who doesn't know the allergens in the dishes!!! It's unacceptable!!! Let's hope this "vacation" ends soon. The staff is friendly at least (except for the one at the other resort).
