I recently had the pleasure of staying at Cleopatra Resort, and the entire experience was elevated from the very first moment thanks to Ziad at the front desk. Simply put, Ziad is the absolute best. His warm smile, genuinely friendly demeanor, and effortless professionalism set a welcoming tone right away. Check-in was fast, smooth, and completely stress-free. Whenever I had a question or needed a recommendation, Ziad was attentive, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It is rare to encounter someone so dedicated to making guests feel valued and right at home. The resort itself is wonderful, but outstanding staff like Ziad are what truly make a stay memorable. Thank you, Ziad, for the incredible hospitality Cleopatra Resort is lucky to have you at the front desk! Highly recommended! ❤️❤️
