As soon as we got back... FOOD: I've been repeating this endlessly, the meat is good, but you basically eat the same thing every day, lunch and dinner. ROOMS: Clean in their own way. We had to ask several times for towels, sometimes toilet paper, and water, even though we always left a tip. BAR: If you're at the beach, be aware that you can only drink until 5:00 PM. After that, you're not even allowed a glass of water. You should only stay at the water park bar, because at the other bar, again Parrots, they kicked us out or asked for payment. At the resort, be aware that you have to look for an open one because it's not exactly all-inclusive like other resorts. RESTAURANT CLEANING: I'll just say that they cleaned all the tables with the same sponge. At a certain point, the managers showed up and must have given us a good telling-off, so they changed the housekeeping a bit and continue to ask for positive reviews. Overall, I'm giving it a passing grade only because we were a group and in the end, we had fun. It's not a resort I'd return to. We'd already been to another resort in Sharm, so I'm making comparisons.

  • The only plus in this hotel is the area with the water park and the location, everything else is a complete 0, to get a "normal" room, you have to pay an extra $60, but even there there are minuses, the bed is all stained, the towels look like someone used them to wipe the floor, the curtains don't close all the way, the lamps are broken, when they come to clean you, they only make your bed and fold the towels, without even changing them, all the chairs and sofas in the dining room are dirty, flies are everywhere, if you come to eat later, be prepared for the fact that they will give you glasses washed with water from the tap, the food is the same, there is no variety, napkins on the tables are a very big problem, they are only there right before the dining room opens, some of the staff are rude, it seems like we were supposed to serve them and not them. If you can't swim, you may not go to the sea, because the depth is either knee-deep near the shore, or there is a 7-10 meter deep water at the pier itself, there is no smooth entry. Last year we were in another hotel also in Sharm, so there is something to compare it to, we will never return to this hotel

  • Rest with a child: there are pluses, but the service is very weak We chose the hotel primarily because of the price and the presence of an aqua park and swimming pools, since we were traveling with a child. According to this criterion, the hotel did not disappoint us. The child had something to do: an aqua park, swimming pools, the sea. The sea near the shore is quite shallow, so it is convenient for a child. Everything is also good for adults - you can swim from the pier and look at the fish. A car regularly goes to the sea, so there were no problems with this. The rooms, of course, are already quite old, but overall they are normal and it was not critical for us. But the service is a big minus. Unfortunately, the staff often behaves as if you came to their home and bothered them with something. This is especially felt in the bars and restaurant: when asked to bring something or help, they often react very dissatisfied. Food is a separate story. The food is so monotonous that after a few days you simply do not know what to choose. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are practically repeated every day. There is also not a large selection of fruits - most often grapes, melons and dates. The restaurant constantly had problems with basic things: there were not enough napkins, utensils, glasses. You have to look for them yourself or ask the staff, and even after asking, you don't always get what you need right away. I also got the impression that the attitude towards guests can vary depending on the bracelet. The staff is much more attentive to some foreign guests, while other tourists are much less attentive. In general, the hotel is suitable for those who are looking for an inexpensive option for a holiday with a child, where the main thing is the pools, water park and the sea, and not a high level of service and a variety of food. We generally had a good time with our child, and it was the opportunity to swim, relax by the pool and use the water park that made our vacation enjoyable. But if the hotel had significantly improved the service and food, the impressions would have been completely different.
