When we arrived, the room smelled strongly of smoke, but it was large and spacious. The resort is equipped with every comfort, and although it seems a bit dated, it has everything you need: a pool, sun loungers and umbrellas, a spa, a gym, etc. The shuttle service is wonderful, taking you to the hotel's various beaches in just a few minutes. Coral Bay, in particular, was the most beautiful in our opinion... It's also great to have all-inclusive beach service. All the staff were friendly from our arrival until our departure. You can leave your suitcase at reception after checking out and continue enjoying lunch, the pool, and the beach. There are also small shops and a stand for booking excursions. I highly recommend it because it's the one that has always offered the best options for a super-affordable price compared to the competition. Let's just say that for the price paid, the experience is worth 5 stars. If you're looking for luxury, though, you'd be better off looking at other accommodations.
