Old Vic Sharm Resort

There is absolutely no wifi in the hotel, it never works. The air conditioning works but it's useless, more like a fan. The food is very bad, there are almost no options, no fruits or vegetables, we got cucumbers for breakfast and even those were seasoned, they don't have packaged drinks, they constantly give them to you by pouring them into glasses. It's far from the sea. On the last day, we had to check out at 12, we checked out, but we were told we could have dinner at 13:00 as per our agreement with the tour company, but we weren't given dinner at the hotel. On top of that, they offered us 20 dollars for dinner. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it. The rooms smell of dampness.

Hard to say, some workers kind some not, first night we had like 10 mosquitoes inside room and that was hard to sleep, air conditioner didnt work and we had to call them 3 times, food is great. Room size is also impressive. Its calm at night, no loud people or music. Showers kinda old and smells bad. If dont expect much and dont care about details this place is chooseable Personally we didnt stay inside hotel, we went to tours most likely so in this case its a nice option for sleeping and resting in night but if u wanna stay in hotel all day, you better not care about details

Be careful, if the tour company gives you this hotel, absolutely do not accept it. First of all, it is very old and doesn't even have an elevator. The conditions are very, very bad. A hotel that doesn't live up to its four-star rating at all.

Absolutely terrible, don't choose this hotel. The staff are very rude, especially if you're coming with a group of female friends. I definitely wouldn't recommend it. The staff's attitude was unpleasant. The hotel was very dirty, and there was a general sewage smell. The air conditioning in the rooms was very inadequate. The food was unfortunately bad and unhygienic. There's nothing I can say is good. You could add a little more money and stay in a better hotel.

We came to this hotel as part of a tour. We were told it was a 4-star hotel, but the service and comfort didn't live up to that rating. The reception staff were very rude. When I asked for water at 11:50 PM to take my medication, they said, "The bar is closed; we can't give you water anymore." A friend of ours mentioned that he hadn't been able to have dinner at 8:30 PM. The worst part happened this morning: we were dropped off at the airport at 6:30 AM, even though our flight wasn't until 9:50 AM. Sharm is a small place with its own airport; they did this simply to avoid serving us breakfast. Also, the hotel's ventilation system was terrible. I’d like to visit Egypt again, but I would never stay at this hotel! I get the impression that this hotel doesn't like Turkish guests; it seemed like they only wanted to cater to Russians. The only good thing was the greeter who was always waiting outside, as well as the cleaning staff—they were humble and polite.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and it is a pleasure to feel that you are always welcome. The food is delicious and there is enough choice, the bartenders are top-notch and the service is super good. Only praise!
