The staff is friendly. The territory is wonderful, and Annie, the entertainer, is delightful. I'm happy.

A nightmare experience. A place that should be closed immediately! Rating: 1/5 (only because you can't give it a zero) A horrifying experience, I advise anyone not to set foot in this resort. The welcome was terrible, to say the least: the staff was completely unprepared, rude, and lacking any notion of hospitality. But the worst is yet to come. The rooms are old, rundown, and dirty. But the bathroom situation is truly unacceptable: old, dirty, and completely bare. There were even no toilet paper or towels! We literally had to yell and complain at the front desk for a long time before they brought us the essentials for basic hygiene. The icing on the cake: the sheets on the bed were visibly dirty. It's best not to mention the food to avoid even more damaging comments: the food is of extremely poor quality and completely lacking in variety. The restaurant is dirty, neglected, and completely unhygienic, which completely ruins your appetite. This establishment has nothing to do with the concept of a "resort." Establishments like this should simply be CLOSED. Stay away!

Terrible experience... 3 stars equal to zero, poor service, non-existent cleanliness, old and very dirty rooms. Despite our complaints to the reception, showing photos of the room's condition, they only changed one of the two rooms, but with one identical to the previous one. The restaurant was horrendous, broken plates, broken bowls, and there were only 3 or 4 choices of food... the only positive aspect was the entertainment, kind and always smiling people, ready to brighten up our days. I will never return and I strongly advise against it!

We had a great time. Nice, friendly staff, good service, clean pool. I can only recommend them.
