Tivoli Hotel Aqua Park

So, we booked our trip with Promovacances. First of all, upon arrival at the hotel, the atmosphere was very negative. The hotel is right on the road; the initial view is okay, but it gets much worse as you go down. The rooms are filthy, practically unusable in the shower. We had to wash in our flip-flops the first night. The air conditioning didn't work, and they moved us to a different room because we said we had paid extra for a pool view, which we still didn't get. We had booked a room for four, but ended up with a room for three. My daughter slept on the sofa for a week. The pool itself looked beautiful, but once inside, the tiles were broken and very dangerous for children. The cleanliness of the pool area needs improvement, the food was barely edible, and the Wi-Fi is an extra charge. The pool with the slides is confusing, as I can't quite understand their system, since the slides reopen at 3 pm and close at 5 pm. The main pool is also a problem. We had a few arguments with the pool manager because our children, wearing special life jackets for the pool, were forbidden from going in. The water was only 1.5 meters deep, even though they were with us; I wouldn't let them in. I really don't recommend this hotel.

Terrible hotel, extremely dirty, no services, not even the things they claimed to offer, unprofessional staff. Above all, they gave me a different room than the one I had booked. The only nice thing was the room attendant, who was kind. Otherwise, don't stay here, trust me.
