El Khan Sharm Hotel

Our stay was truly wonderful. It wasn't as bad as some reviews suggested; in fact, considering Turkish standards, I think it was better than many smaller hotels. We were very pleased with our interaction with the hotel staff, especially the bartender, Muhammed Mustafa. He was very respectful, friendly, and helpful. He took excellent care of us, and the drinks he prepared were truly delicious. We thank him for his attention and kindness. Honestly, having people like him makes the hotel stay experience so much better.

I booked three nights, and they were truly some of the best nights of my life. One of the reasons was the hotel – Al Khan Hotel. It was truly amazing! The reception was fantastic, and Mr. Hamdi was incredibly polite and helpful. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the air conditioning was excellent, and the entire staff was top-notch. Another important thing was the location – the peace and quiet. It was truly wonderful. I highly recommend it to anyone without hesitation.

A very uncomfortable stay at a very disappointing hotel. The service was poor, and the staff, especially the morning reception staff member, were unfriendly and unpleasant to deal with. The hotel does not provide even the basic amenities you would normally expect. Even drinking water is not provided free of charge, which feels unnecessarily exploitative. On top of that, the prices of the hotel’s services and drinks are extremely overpriced and unreasonable. Overall, this was a very poor experience from start to finish. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.

Don't come to this dump! There's no food, no water, the rooms are bare and stink, and there are bedbugs in the beds. The staff is rude, the pool is just for toads, nothing else! There's no beach, it's a long walk, and you have to pay to get to the beach, and the deep end is the only place you can go. There's absolutely no way to see fish with kids! ⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️

This hotel is very suitable for Turkish guests; I only stayed here for accommodation, but it was nicer and more enjoyable than I expected. You can stay here with peace of mind; it's a beautiful, clean hotel, and the staff are friendly and helpful. 🇹🇷🇪🇬

This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The cleanliness is at zero level, when we checked in the room it had not been cleaned by the previous guests, the beds were covered in hair, and the floor was dusty. The bathroom was completely dirty, the joints had turned completely black. There are lizards walking around in the corridors. The food was completely lacking in variety, the breakfast was beyond criticism. It is not cleaned every day, and when it is cleaned it is minimal. The staff is very nice, absolutely everyone was polite except for one bartender who was terribly rude and mean. When we told them that the room did not match the pictures uploaded, they told us that they could move us to another room (not much different from ours) only if we paid extra. Given that it is all inclusive, coffee, beer and cocktails should not be paid for, but that was a fact. Everything is very old, the towels were completely stained. And every morning I woke up with new insect bites in bed. Air conditioning in The lobby was very rarely used. The owner should think about serious renovation and maintenance. The food was the same for lunch and dinner, and the breakfast was terrible and there was nothing to eat.
