Rooms (quality of workmanship) - 4+ (block 8, superior). Staff attitude - 2 (this is something I personally experienced; Osama at reception deserves special mention – a slippery and mercenary type). Room cleaning - 3- (you have to beg for slippers and toothbrushes). Service - 3 (the staff is rude and perpetually sullen). Food - 4+. Italian a la carte - 3- Water park - 4 (again, the staff is rude, some try to flirt with guests). Beach - 4- (a long beach. It's windy, there are broken glass spots, and the sand is uneven – concrete slabs protrude). Sea - 4- (the reef itself is beautiful, with a secure, fully functional pier, but there are no free life jackets for those who are afraid to go down without them. You can only rent one for $5 (1/3 the cost of a jacket). Absurd). Safety - 3 (the golf cart driver drove like crazy and almost ran over guests, including my son, who was riding a scooter at the time). Grounds - 4 (it's not a 5 for one reason only: the watering is done with recycled wastewater, resulting in a strong sewer smell at certain times of the day). My good baseball cap, left either in the restaurant or on the beach, was never found. Apparently, whoever found it simply stole it. I'll update my review.

The reception was quick and the staff were friendly. The hotel was clean. The buffet was varied and delicious. The hotel is great for children.

Have a good rest everyone. In general, the hotel is great, this applies to both the rooms and the services, and to the kitchen. Of course, there are, as in everyone, their shortcomings, well, here they are not significant, you have to walk to the pier, there are not enough garbage cans on the street near the main restaurant, and there are no additional shops near the hotel where you could walk and buy souvenirs for home, but in general, my family and I really like it. There are pools for both children and adults. Great, keep it up. I would like to add that during the eviction, a rather mundane situation occurred, the hotel representatives decided to hang a broken mirror in the bathroom on us, well, since I am sure that we did not do this, they did not succeed, but they tried very hard, and they tell you that instead of resting, I would like to photograph every item in the room and every nuance on the first day, in a word, insanity.
