I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel staff; they were polite and always smiling. This was our first time in Egypt, and compared to Turkey, it's even better here 😀 There's a huge selection of food, always fresh and delicious: desserts, fruit, appetizers, meat and fish, and our Russian dishes are also available, a huge thank you to the chefs. We'd also like to mention the grounds; they're huge, with three swimming pools, water slides, several bars and restaurants, a spa, and a gym. The entertainment staff is very active and pleasant, especially Eva ❤️

I'm celiac and had a great time. I spoke right away with Head Chef Mohammed (the number one), who organized all my meals and introduced me to the various chefs at the various restaurants. I especially enjoyed Chef Mohammed Adel (he'd come ask me what I wanted and bring it straight from the kitchen), he accompanied me to various dinners and lunches, and Chef Sabel, who prepared breakfasts based on my preferences. Excellent customer service and gluten-free options, although this should still be mentioned and emphasized (especially with some of the waiters).
