Our stay at Grand Oasis Resort left us with very unpleasant memories. During the first few days, we started noticing bites. After examining them, the hotel doctor stated that they could be consistent with bed bug bites. The bites caused significant itching, discomfort and constant anxiety, especially because we were worried about accidentally bringing insects home with our belongings. We contacted hotel management and eventually our room was changed, which we appreciate. However, we felt that we had to organize and insist on most of the solutions ourselves. The hotel took all our clothes for washing due to the potential risk of bringing insects home. Initially, we were even asked to pay for the laundry, and only after refusing did the hotel agree to provide it free of charge. Our clothes were returned approximately 24 hours later, leaving us with almost nothing except what we were wearing and our swimwear. This caused us to lose a significant amount of our holiday time. Unfortunately, some staff members also became less friendly and helpful after we reported the issue, which added even more stress to an already unpleasant situation. What disappointed us most was the lack of proper communication. We were not given written confirmation that the original room had been professionally inspected, cleaned or treated. We were only verbally told that specialists had inspected it. The hotel also refused to provide written confirmation of the room change, and our email regarding the situation received no response. We understand that unexpected problems can happen in any hotel, but what matters is how they are handled. In our case, we felt that we had to repeatedly ask questions, insist and find solutions ourselves instead of receiving clear and professional assistance. Although the hotel grounds are beautiful and some staff members were helpful, this experience caused us significant physical discomfort, stress and anxiety and negatively affected our holiday. We hope the hotel takes such situations more seriously and improves both hygiene standards and communication with guests.

We stayed at the 4* Grand Oasis Hotel in September 2026. The beach is smaller compared to Turkey, but the sea and local fauna are truly spectacular! It's also worth noting that you can't wade into the water from the shore, as there are barriers to protect the coral reefs. Entry into the sea is only from the pier. The entertainment is sparse, but this didn't bother us. In the evenings, there are games and dance events for children. Another thing that was a bit of a bummer was the location of the volleyball court and football field right next to the main building. In Turkey, for example, they're usually right on the beach, but that's a matter of habit. A free shuttle runs from the main building, which is very convenient, especially when you have to walk uphill from the beach. We went for stretching exercises, darts, and a fitness room with a personal trainer (which was certainly impressive). You can play American pool ($2 for an hour of play). There's also a tennis court, but we didn't check the price. The food was excellent, with plenty of choice; you won't go hungry, as they say. There's an à la carte menu, and we tried Italian, Mexican, and a seafood restaurant, all free. We also tried Indian and Lebanese cuisine. The only downside is that if you arrive or leave early, you'll have to pay extra: breakfast is $9, lunch is $12. Keep that in mind. The internet in the room was weak, and the video kept freezing. The reception area is better. There was a free shuttle to Soho Center, where you could stroll. It's great that there's this street; it's beautifully landscaped and features a singing fountain.

Good afternoon everyone. We have been coming to the Grand Oasis Hotel for two years to relax and have always been satisfied with everything. We arrived on 09/20/26 and were simply shocked. We checked in at 2:00 p.m. with me running around every 30 minutes reminding us that we were there and whether the room had become vacant by chance. They gave my husband and I a room with separate beds, the door did not open because the battery in the door was low, they said later, we waited for it to be replaced for another 40 minutes, then they connected the beds for us, which are evenly moved apart from time to time. They answered the question, tell me well that there are such. In the bathroom, the tap near the toilet is leaking water, we constantly wipe it with a towel, there is no time to get a response. The conditions of attitude and accommodation have deteriorated very much.

Dear Sharm El Sheikh visitors, I stayed at the hotel for two nights from June 25th and had to leave on June 27th. My friendly advice to you is to stay away from this hotel. Its service and facilities are terrible. Imagine, the dinner menu in my room only offered two main dishes and two types of juice! The receptionist was arrogant at checkout. He demanded my pool towel cards, which I hadn't used. No one told me I had to return them, so I left them in the room. Then, to my surprise, they told me they couldn't find them and that each card cost 600 Egyptian pounds! The bathroom water in my room was yellow and unsuitable for showering. The doors were broken. The wardrobe safe door was broken, and there were small insects on the floor. Unfortunately, it was a worse experience than bad. The hotel deserves only two stars, which is a waste of money.
