The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. A truly wonderful experience; we will gladly return!

VERY DISAPPOINTED! Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing, and the last day completely ruined everything good that had come before. On our departure day at 12:00 PM, they simply changed our wristbands and informed us that we could no longer use the All Inclusive package. That evening, we were not allowed to dine. Yes, we understand that the standard check-out time is 12:00 PM. But is it really that difficult to properly explain all the meal rules to guests in advance? People should understand the rules when purchasing their package, not learn them just before dinner. It was especially unpleasant to feel not like a guest who left money at the hotel, but like someone who was simply denied access to the restaurant at the last minute. This attitude completely ruined our vacation experience. The beautiful sea and grounds are wonderful, but respectful treatment of guests is equally important. We have come to the conclusion: we will not return to this hotel and will not recommend it to our friends.
