It was a great vacation all the staff was friendly and polite and couldn’t do more for you and were so helpful. Resort is beautiful, clean and gorgeous gardens. Good food. Special mention to Ibraham, Oasama in the restaurant who were lovely and smiley and Samir, Ahmed, Abdul, Reda aka magic from the bar and Kareem, Mostfa at the pool and Abdul at the reception and Maryam also who were all just the best people and made our holiday, specially my son who became very fond of many of them. We are all leaving in love with Egypt and the people.
