We had a wonderful stay at the Panorama Naama Heights Resort. The hotel is magnificent, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff is always smiling, welcoming, and attentive. We would especially like to thank Chef Houssam for his kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness, as well as the entire housekeeping team for the impeccable cleanliness of the rooms and their outstanding work. A big thank you also to the reception team for their warm welcome, availability, and assistance throughout our stay. This is a unique hotel. The sea is very far away, and you need to take a shuttle only at specific times and by appointment. Most of the guests are Arabs, and their behavior is unfriendly, cutting in line at the dining room. Some staff don't bother, though some make comments. Most of the rooms are tired, though you can pay extra to stay in the renovated building. The beach itself is very small, with a shallow entrance. All drinks and food are paid for; in fact, this isn't even a hotel beach, but rather a rented one. The two water slides at the hotel are very old.
