I'd especially like to mention the restaurant – the food is varied, plentiful, and caters to every taste. The restaurant and kitchen staff are very attentive and helpful. I'd also like to commend Chef Emad Mahdy, who was personally present in the restaurant, checking and supervising the dishes and serving, and was very attentive to guests about the quality of the food and any special requests, which was a great pleasure. The hotel has very large and beautiful grounds, clean and well-maintained throughout! I would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay. Thank you to the entire staff for a wonderful stay.

A Fantastic Stay – We Will Definitely Return! We had an absolutely wonderful time at this hotel and want to express our sincere gratitude to the entire team. Everything was truly perfect—the food was delicious, the rooms were spotless, and the overall service was top-notch. Every single staff member went above and beyond to help us, keep us entertained, and make our stay memorable. A huge special thanks to the lifeguards(especially Abdo), animators and the SPA workers who were all amazingly professional and attentive. We are especially grateful to the management. Knowing we were traveling with a child, they kindly extended our check-out time from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM so we wouldn't have to rush. That extra hour made a world of difference for us. It was such a pleasant and relaxing stay. Thank you so much for everything—we will definitely be coming back!
