Terrible hotel, the rooms are dirty, the walls are terrible, there is mold on the toilet, the view from the window is of abandoned ruins

I stayed at this hotel and everything was great, but you have to pay extra for a good room. Special thanks to the security guard, Mohamed, he's very cheerful and upbeat, and the waiter, Ibrahim, is very funny and can figure things out. As for food, you won't go hungry, but for me, the best option is lunch or dinner, a 50/50 split. There are crescent rolls, arugula with milk, tomatoes, cucumbers, and all that stuff. There's always meat for lunch and dinner, and when you leave the hotel, you get food for the road. We personally had an orange, a cucumber, a couple of rolls, and juice for one person. I'd be happy to go next time.

Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing overall. The food, in particular, was truly awful. Almost all the dishes were prepared with the same spices, so everything tasted the same. There was no real variety in the food. The staff also left a poor impression. Most of them were unfriendly and unhelpful. The cleanliness and condition of the hotel were also very disappointing. For example, we found an earthworm next to the toilet in our room. The toilet didn't flush, there was a hole in the ceiling, several lights didn't work, and the air conditioning was broken. The bathroom door couldn't be locked, as doing so would have meant being locked inside. The shower cubicle was also broken. It's especially disappointing that the description states the hotel has been newly renovated. In our experience, however, this doesn't apply to the entire hotel – only about four rooms were actually renovated. There was also a serious problem with the room door on the upper floor: although it was supposed to be locked, it repeatedly opened by itself. Understandably, this didn't inspire any confidence. The hotel's beach area is also very small. On the positive side, the pool was cleaned regularly. Another major point of criticism was the Wi-Fi. There was practically no usable Wi-Fi in the hotel. While there was Wi-Fi in the lobby, it was extremely limited and barely usable. There was also no option to rent additional Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi across the street at the café was significantly stronger than the one in the hotel. Not recommended

The service was extremely poor. The staff were unprofessional and tough, and housekeeping was disappointing—the room had a bad odor, and when I complained, I was told it was because the room had “just been cleaned,” which made no sense. The lighting inside the room was very dim, and when I raised the issue with reception, they explained it was due to efforts to reduce electricity costs. This response was unacceptable, especially considering the price I paid. Overall, the experience felt like a waste of money. I wouldn’t even call this place a proper hotel. For the same or even less, you can easily find better rooms and service elsewhere.I do not recommend staying here at all.
