Excellent hotel! Very pleasant atmosphere, clean rooms, and polite staff. Everything was comfortable, the grounds were well-maintained, and the service was excellent. I would happily stay here again and can highly recommend this hotel.

A good hotel for the price. Pros: The location is ok, the grounds are large, spacious, neat, clean, beautiful, well-maintained, new, plenty of restaurants, the rooms are clean, beautiful, and new, everything works properly, the air conditioning is great! The food selection is appropriate for the price, the à la carte restaurants are excellent, the water park is good, everything is well-designed, beautifully built, everything you need is there. Cons: The staff on the pier and some in the bars and doormen are unfriendly and unhelpful (there were some incidents, but management quickly apologized; the management is customer-oriented!). The alcohol is only local and not very good - purely subjective. The pier is 900 meters from the coral reef! There are almost no entertainers. The water in the pool and shower is BOILING (not cold).
