How could I not recommend the Barcelo? It's my second time at this resort and I have to say that everything is wonderful. The hospitality and staff are all truly perfect, especially those in charge of the beach restaurant, from the chef to all the staff!!! We had a pleasant stay at this resort, which overall proved to be efficient and well-organized in many respects. Regarding the entertainment, I'd like to give a special mention to Miriana, who was always very kind, friendly, and helpful, but above all, capable of engaging guests without ever being intrusive. A special compliment goes to Giamaica, who was truly the best! A highly trained entertainer, capable of carrying out her work in a comprehensive manner and, above all, with an excellent approach to guests. Always available, professional, and attentive to guests' needs. As for Mrs. Ania, I personally found her approach a bit too intrusive and at times excessively over the top. I think that, especially in a resort frequented by families and children, a more balanced and discreet approach would be appropriate. Overall, however, the resort is efficient, well-organized, and offers good service. A positive experience, although some aspects of the entertainment could be further improved.
