Let's start with the positives. Excellent service, the staff were all kind, attentive to our needs, and always available. A wide selection of food and drinks was available at all hours. The pool was spotless. Unfortunately, our room was an older one, but it was clean and the staff were attentive. Renovations were underway, but it didn't bother us too much. A major downside was the access to the sea, which wasn't accessible to everyone. It had steps and was directly in the open sea, with a small area marked off by safety buoys. It's a shame about the sea.

An excellent hotel, we were very pleased with our stay! The grounds are well-kept and beautiful, everything is clean and pleasant. The room was comfortable and cleaned regularly. I'd like to especially mention the staff – everyone was very friendly, attentive, and eager to help with any questions. The entertainment team is fantastic!! We rested with a company and in one room they did not fix the air conditioner malfunction , despite the fact that there were 3 requests to fix the problem. Check-out from the room was at 12:00, transfer at 00:50, they allowed to use the hotel's services, gave the opportunity to leave things for storage, and allowed to take a room to take a shower.
