A truly wonderful experience! Everything in this place is beyond excellent.

I had a super funny & dunny holidays there! A lot of food and drinks during all the day. The main restaurant with three meals a day (with buffet!) And other restaurants at the hotel's territory , but you need a special reservation there (one visit is free!) A lot of swimming pools! A gym! A playground!.. a lot of activities are available! I was there in January 2026😚🤩💞

An excellent hotel with a great location in the heart of Naama Bay. Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, fun pools and activities. Great value for money. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay!

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone planning to travel with expensive equipment or valuables. Unfortunately, the security level and management's attitude toward guests' property leave much to be desired. During my stay, after room cleaning, two deep dents appeared on the case of my MacBook. The laptop was in the room, and the damage was clearly mechanical. An initial appeal to the hotel manager was unsuccessful: the management completely denied any involvement and refused to resolve the issue. To document the incident, I had to call the tourist police and go to the station to file a report. Only during the police investigation did the hotel representatives agree to a dialogue. As a result of negotiations, taking advantage of the language barrier and the use of psychological pressure, I was paid $200 in compensation, and I signed a document waiving any further claims. However, later, when I contacted an Apple service center, it turned out that the actual cost of replacing the damaged case was significantly higher. The hotel management took advantage of my unfamiliarity with prices and the stress of being in a foreign country to minimize their expenses. The incident left an extremely unpleasant impression. The staff is not responsible for the safety of items in the room, and the management is focused not on helping the client, but on covering up internal problems through the police.
