The view in the hotel is stunning by day as well as by night, sandy beach, large shallow sea area with sandy bottom, the pool is nice and clean, not crowded, good for those who don't like noisy and crowded places, the lobby is large, comfort and clean. The breakfast is good but lunch and dinner should be better, bars offer not big variety of drinks, rooms furniture is old and not clean, bed sheets were not clean. The staff are nice, friendly and helpful, poor animation team activities.

We stayed 5 days and 4 nights from September 3rd. The hotel is spacious and the rooms are excellent. The Wi-Fi was weak, but when we contacted reception, they came and installed a booster router. The sea is amazing, but you must wear beach shoes because of some rocks. The chefs offered a variety of dishes for dinner, but the water served in the restaurant wasn't bottled mineral water. I recommend building a water park since the hotel's size allows for it. Thank you so much! 🙏🏻

Seriously, this is one of the worst hotels. Neither the food nor the rooms are decent. The bed was broken, and the room service was awful. They'd come in to clean it while clearly annoyed, and most of the time, because there were so many groups of guests, they'd only clear the rooms for those who had checked in first. And the food is a whole other story. There's only one restaurant in the entire hotel, and it mostly serves various types of bread, but the quality is terrible. The animation team is practically nonexistent. At night, they do a couple of shows, one of which is belly dancing followed by a tanoura dance, and some days there's no animation at all. On the last day, when new groups arrived, the animation started working all day, and the food improved a bit. Even the reception area turned on the air conditioning when we left. It seems the service is much better for guests from other nationalities. The only network that works is Vodafone, and the hotel's Wi-Fi isn't working at all. The best thing about the place is the beach. It's recommended to bring swimming shoes and goggles to enjoy the view, the coral reefs, and the fish. And the swimming pool... It's good. But the hotel is really boring. Even for international trips, every time you ask about something, they say it's under maintenance. The only thing that works is the yacht trip.
