From the moment we arrived at Strand Hotel until the moment we left, the service was truly above and beyond. It started with the person who helped us with our luggage, continued with the reception staff, the team in the dining room, at the pool, by the sea, and everywhere else in the hotel. Wherever we went, we felt that people genuinely wanted to help us, take care of us, and make our stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Throughout our entire stay, we felt that the hotel and its staff were making an extra effort for their guests. We had one issue with our laundry, and once we brought it to their attention, it was handled extremely quickly and professionally, which we greatly appreciated. There was a wonderful variety of food, and the spa services were excellent. I had two massages during our stay, and both were of the highest standard. There is only one point that I believe needs attention: the ceiling of the steam room has some mold and should be treated. Apart from that, the facilities are excellent and very well maintained. We will definitely return in the future. A special thank you to the management for maintaining such a wonderful place and such a high level of service, especially during a challenging period. Your dedication can be felt throughout the hotel. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. Keep up the wonderful work — you truly deserve our appreciation and respect.

The hotel is very nice, and the staff are extremely respectful, friendly, and treat everyone, Arab and foreign, with great kindness. The animation team is excellent, especially Osama, Mohamed, Fares, Nourhan, and Tima; they put in a tremendous effort. And a special thanks to Mr. Ahmed El-Messiri of Smart Entertainment. The rooms and room service are excellent. The sea and pool are beautiful and always clean. The reception is very quick to respond to any request. The food is very clean and varied. This was my first time, and hopefully not my last.
