Excellent experience, the place is quiet and comfortable, and the service is also very good.

One of the few camps in Abu Galoum that even has air conditioning – but only at night. The power is switched off around 9 a.m. This means neither the air conditioning nor the water pump works, and consequently, showering during the day is impossible. Our room had its own, albeit very small, bathroom and a small terrace in front, which was quite charming. However, the air conditioning itself was very loud, and one of the side windows in our room was broken. Dinner consisted of only one dish with no other options. We tried it – but next time we would bring fruit, nuts, and some of our own snacks, just in case. During our stay, there were also quite a few other guests at the camp, and privacy was sometimes interpreted somewhat differently than we would have liked. In short: If you come to Abu Galoum for the incredibly beautiful nature of the reserve and don't have high expectations for the accommodation itself, then this is a good place to stay. The surroundings are the real highlight anyway. We would like to highlight the friendly service – and we received fresh, clean bed linen, which is definitely worth mentioning in such a remote location.

Ras Abu Galoum, has my heart 💯❤️‍🔥and it really is the most peaceful place I've ever visited. This time was for 9 nights and Ahmed & his staff welcome me like family every time I have stayed. They really are the perfect hosts 🫶🤍 Nothing is too much for them and they make sure that your stay is everything you expect it to be and more ‼️ Perfect sunrises above the Saudi mountains, the most amazing coral reef I've ever swam in 🪸🐠🐟🐚🐡 it is absolutely unreal 😍😍😍 Sitting out under the beautiful night sky with frequent shooting stars is a must do 🌠🌠🌠 I lost count 😍🤩 The camp has a super relaxed vibe, somewhere to completely unplug from the modern day world 🌍 Ahmed, arranged a day trip to Dahab & The Blue Lagoon for me. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The Bedouin People are very friendly and kind and I loved the little visits from the sweet children selling handmade jewellery & things. I solo travel and I was very safe the whole time. I will always stay at Ali Baba camp 👳🧕when I am in South Sinai 🙏🤗🫶😌 🇪🇬 ❤️❤️❤️

7th January, 26 — 15th April 26 It's been an unforgettable 98 nights stayed in such an amazing camp where you can find everything to be in a harmony with the nature surrounded. Abu Galum Natural preserve ... Another type of paradise in Sinai whereas everything here is virgin (The Sea , Blue Lagoon , Corals , Sea Tour , Mountains , Lebah Valley , Oqda Valley , Water fall when rain/flood , Resasa Valley, Be'r Sagheer "Sagheer Well" , etc...) In short cut ; another place in Sinai you feel like reborn again. THANK YOU AHMED FOR EVERYTHING
