We moved to Mermaid camp after a horrible 3 day stay at another camp. The staff are wonderful! Special thanks to Yahya and Mo'men. Mr. Ahmed, the manager was great, helpful and very accommodating. The location is great with a coral reef not far from the shore. The food was great. Another special thanks to Mr. Shaaban who took me on the boat to Ras shatan to snorkel and it was wonderful.

The location is excellent and the view from the rooms is wonderful. The rooms are air-conditioned and have a refrigerator. The whole place is very comfortable. There's a young man named Mohammed who is very helpful, polite, cheerful, and welcoming. The food is average. I will definitely stay there again, God willing.
