About the place
Under new ownership since 2025; formerly Abu Hamada. A small, family-run camp about an hour and a quarter from the Taba border. The camp is very clean and very tidy. It has five rooms with air conditioning and a private shower and toilet, and nine huts with fans. The huts are in the front row by the water, with the rooms right behind them. The camp is about 20 meters from the shoreline. Abu Hamada offers free Wi-Fi and breakfasts suitable for vegetarians, vegans and omnivores alike. The camp has the feel of old-time Sinai: simplicity, with spotless cleanliness and service.
