It was a great experience for me, my mum and my dog. It is a comfy and cute hotel directly on the sea with a beautiful swimming pool, awesome garden and incredible mountain in the back!! Staff is super nice. They even helped me to get my bag back to Sharm!! Totally recommended;)

The managers were unprofessional, unhelpful, and did not seem to take guests’ complaints seriously. When I raised an issue, I felt that my concerns were ignored rather than properly addressed. Good management is an important part of a hotel experience, and unfortunately, this hotel needs significant improvement in that area. I would not recommend this hotel because of the way guests are treated by the management.
