They don't even deserve one star. The cleanliness is appalling, there are no towels or soap in the bathroom, nothing at all, and the plumbing is broken. On top of all that, they're first-class scammers. I booked a sea view room, meaning a balcony overlooking the sea, but they gave me a first-floor room overlooking a garden with only a tiny glimpse of the sea, and they called it a sea view. When I spoke to them, they said it was the only room available. Why the scam from the start? If it wasn't available, they should have said so. In short, the service was awful.
