Ciao Hotel

The place is great from the moment you walk in, and the welcome from Abdullah is wonderful. At lunchtime, he comes and asks what you'd like to eat and explains how the food is prepared. The portions are so large, no one can finish them all! They constantly ask if we need anything or if we're missing anything. The traditional seating area is cleaned regularly, and the place is spotless. The chef is amazing, and the food is not only delicious but also incredibly tasty. The pool is clean and spacious, unlike other places where it might not even be available. It's a comfortable place where you can relax or even dive and see the fish.

Honestly, the hotel is very clean, the people are very nice, the food is very good, and the pool is very clean.

Shaw Hotel was a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is very chic, the service is extremely respectful, and the food is truly amazing.

Guys, this is one of the best and most comfortable places in Nuweiba. Excellent service, a comfortable place, and great food.

The room was acceptable but any surface was not clean, I had to clean the dresser surface the bedside surface, the table and even the towel holder in the bathroom and this was offensive to me, although the normal preparing was done (not daily of course). I doubt one of the two towels was washed well from the previous use. There were no TV although we were told that the room level is equivalent to 3 stars Hotel. The stuff was trying to be friendly but you have to repeat your request more than once, even several times. The food taste is acceptable (sometimes good other times not eatable for some people), however the quantity was acceptable only the first meal (first impression), the quantities later was shame to the place, I noticed side items (like fries, salad) were less than half in some servings although asking for the normal quantity, the chicken size in the next meal was almost half its size in the first meal. The place is NOT suitable for groups regarding food quality and quantity, but still acceptable for individuals or couples, at least that's what was clear for me. Finally, the receptionist shouted at me because I entered the kitchen (I was seeking help and no one from the stuff was there although the group were having the breakfast). The photo is to clarify the level of cleanliness in the reception, the same as previously described for the rooms. The beach has a long lagoon,but nearby and neighbouring places have better beach than this one. Finally, when I asked for a day trip to White canyon they could not arrange it, but later they offered a commercial trip to desert because they were seeking to complete a group. The owner is trying to care for the hotel but still has a lot to do. My stay was for 3 nights, May 2026
