A truly enjoyable experience at IL Mercato Hotel & Spa! The hotel has a great atmosphere, and the staff go the extra mile to make guests feel comfortable. The Animation Team was outstanding — always active, friendly, and ready to make everyone laugh and enjoy themselves. We especially loved the variety of activities and the evening entertainment. Everything from the room service to the restaurant and housekeeping was handled with care. We came for a holiday and left with wonderful memories!

This hotel is wonderful. The staff are spectacular, the food was always fresh and beautiful, the rooms are cleaned each day and the hotel and grounds are spotless. What let's them all down is that it's all very dated. It's in desperate need of paint and maintenance and it really would push this hotel up. It's old and grubby looking despite how often it's cleaned (which is all day every day!) The staff are all so welcoming and warm and go above and beyond all day every day. There's lots of building work going on around other parts of the hotel, but the main part just needs updating. Food wise there's always fresh meat and fish and salad, fresh pastries in the morning and lots of variety. But nothing 'english' which is right as it's in Egypt! I cannot understand the reviews being negative. I'd absolutely come back time and time again.
