Had another great holiday here, staff very friendly and helpful, food could have been warmer on occasions, egg station in the morning was great, the entertainment finishes at 11pm but is far too loud for such a small hotel, I did email the hotel prior to arriving and sent messages on FB which both went unanswered, WhatsApp won't connect from the UK, which was very annoying as I had questions before we arrived, great location and the staff work very hard, just need to improve the communication when they receive messages.

We had initially submitted the booking request on 18 Sept 2026, through Booking.com. We submitted a dates change request on the 21st Sept 2026, shifting all the schedule Changing the check in date : from 30 Oct to 31st Oct 2026 and the check out date : from 3 Nov to 4 Nov 2026 We used the official, advertised function of Booking.com of change dates request to do that. The Dive Inn Resort declined the request twice, claiming that it is not their authority to change it and redirected us to the customer care support of Booking.com. We contacted the customer care support, based on the guidance by the Dive Inn Resort on the 23rd of Sept 2026: We waited for a reply, just to be informed again on the 24th of Sept, that the Resort did not even reply to them (to the Booking.com customer support) ( ! ) We do not understand why we were redirected with such a message and all this additional procedure, we have normally used the change dates function of the Booking.com platform. This is clear miscommunication between the platform and the Resort and a very bad customer experience towards us. It all originated by the unwillingness of the Resort to even clearly reply to us if they could (or not) accomodate our request.

Best place ever, good stuff , clean pool, must try the spa (professional team),

Keyifli bir otel. Üç öğün yemek var Türk yemeklerine benzer yemekler veriliyor çok aykırı yemekler görmedim. Havuzu ve sakinliği güzel özellikle akşamları etkinlikleri var. Oda olarak çok muhteşem ötesi bir oda beklemeyin ama tatil için yeterli bir oda. Personeller de gayet anlayışlı ve samimiler ben çok memnun kaldım tavsiye ederim. Buradan beachlere giden servisler var. Tüm yönlendirmeleri zaten personeller yapıyorlar çatpat Türkçe de biliyorlar anlaşabiliyorsunuz.
