צ'ארמיליון סי לייף ריזורט

Abbiamo trascorso 7 giorni meravigliosi in questo villaggio turistico, con trattamento All Inclusive, insieme a nostra figlia di 6 anni. È stata una vacanza davvero piacevole: la struttura è molto bella, curata e offre tantissime piscine, perfette sia per rilassarsi sia per divertirsi con i bambini. Le camere erano pulitissime, ordinate e sempre impeccabili, così come gli ambienti comuni. Il vero spettacolo, però, è il mare: la barriera corallina è semplicemente meravigliosa, con pesci e colori fantastici. Si raggiunge comodamente attraverso un pontile di circa 50 metri, che permette di arrivare direttamente alla zona della barriera. Un ringraziamento speciale a Matteo della reception, che si è dimostrato fin dal primo momento una persona gentilissima, disponibile e professionale. Ha contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

Had an amazing stay at Charmillion a week ago. Our room was spacious, the beds were comfortable and the housekeeping was perfect. Ahmed who looked after our room, was truly a star. He kept everything spotless, was always there whenever we needed anything and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. A huge thank you to Ahmed! The food was delicious and the variety was amazing. We enjoyed the buffet so much. All the restaurant staff deserve so much praise. They were very fast, attentive and friendly. Especially Mohammed and, if I remember correctly, Rashid. From our second day, they would see us and immediately bring us two Diet Cokes. Such a small detail, but it made us feel remembered and cared for. I especially want to mention the reception team. Matteo and Alaa were amazing from the beginning of our stay until the very end. They kept in touch with us, always asked if we needed anything and helped us with everything. We genuinely felt at home. What impressed me even more was that, before we left, they were already thinking about how we would get to the airport and making sure everything was arranged. Matteo even checked that we had arrived safely back in our country. As someone who works in Guest Relations myself, I really appreciated this. I honestly found myself laughing and thinking, “I don’t even work this well at my own hotel!” 😂 Alaa and Matteo really deserve special recognition for the care they showed us. I also had the chance to use the spa. Amira gave me a wonderful massage and it was exactly what I needed. The spa also has a jacuzzi, hammam and sauna. A special thank you to spa info Mostafa as well, who was incredibly warm, genuine and welcoming. The architecture of the resort is beautiful. We honestly couldn’t get enough of walking around the gardens. A few honest notes about the beach: the sea is very clean and the private beach is lovely, but if you are used to entering the sea gradually from the shore, especially like we are in Turkey, it is quite different. The shore is not sandy. It is rocky with seaweed, so water shoes are definitely a must. You are only allowed to walk into the sea until the water reaches around your knees. Even when you reach the buoys, the water is still around knee-deep. After the buoys, however, the sea suddenly becomes extremely deep, with a drop of around 30–40 metres. It is not the gradual depth we are used to in Turkey. This is why the lifeguards stop you when you get close to the buoys. There is a small designated swimming area near the pier, surrounded by buoys and supervised by the lifeguards. If you enjoy snorkelling, definitely bring your own equipment because the underwater scenery is beautiful. We ended up spending most of our swimming time in the pools. This honestly did not affect our overall experience at the resort, but I think it is important to know what to expect from the sea before coming. The location is also very convenient. Downtown Sharm is around 25 mins from the hotel and the airport is only 5–10 minutes away. Overall, what made this hotel truly special for us was the staff. We felt genuinely cared for throughout our entire stay. Charmillion Sea Life definitely has a special place in our hearts❤️

Resort bellissimo, con spiaggia, piscina, giardini ed interni generali molto puliti. Abbiamo passato una settimana stupenda a Sharm presso Charmillion Sea Life.
