The resort has both positive and negative aspects, but unfortunately, there were more negatives than positives during our stay. First of all, the resort’s design is very beautiful, and the beach is absolutely stunning. It was a great place for snorkeling, and the waves were quite high, which made the beach even more enjoyable. The service and cleanliness were reasonably good overall. However, the biggest disappointment was the food. The same dishes were served every day at almost every meal, and unfortunately, the taste and quality were very poor. There was also a strong unpleasant smell from the food. We kept seeing the same eggplant and potato dishes repeatedly, with very little variety. We eventually had to leave the resort almost every day to find food outside because we simply couldn’t tolerate the food at the resort. In my opinion, food is one of the most important aspects of an all-inclusive resort, and unfortunately, this was a major weakness during our stay. Another issue was the furniture, which was extremely old and clearly needs to be renovated. The room and furniture felt outdated and did not match the overall beautiful design of the resort. I also requested an iron for the room, but the one they brought was extremely old and very heavy, and it barely produced any heat. I asked them several times to replace it, but unfortunately, they never did. Overall, the resort has a beautiful design and an amazing beach, but the food quality, old furniture, and some of the room services really need significant improvement.

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 19 al 26 settembre. In generale tutto molto bello e ben curato. I bagni pubblici sono impeccabili e sempre profumati mentre in camera migliorerei la pulizia del bagno e metterei almeno una tenda alla doccia.
