From the moment I arrived I felt comfortable because the reception was friendly and the service was good the room was clean and comfortable the food was enjoyable and nicely presented and the hotel had a pleasant atmosphere with clean areas and helpful staff and the animation team made the experience even better with their friendly energy different activities and entertainment during the evening

2nd time here, very friendly staff. Cleaner knocks door even if you put sign outside. Air-conditioning making horrible noises, will ask them about that again today. My wife and I went to have my toe nails done and wife's nails. Omg what a nightmare 1 hour turned into 5 hours 😳. Cut my toe, so so sore, my wife nail gel came off. Cut her fingers also, spoiled the night..

There was a really nice balance between relaxing and having fun during the stay the rooms were comfortable the hotel areas were clean and the staff were polite and easy to deal with and the meals were enjoyable with different choices and the animation team made the atmosphere more lively through their friendly activities and entertainment throughout the day
