Le patron d'origine russe est horrible. Il est antipathique et sourit quand il veut à qui il veut selon ses humeurs. Le bruit dans les chambres surtout celles qui donnent sur le côté rue est insupportable j'avais l'impression que la moto était dans la chambre. Attention également aux prix vérifiez bien ava't de commander quoi que ce soit. Bref je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel cher qui ne vaut pas la somme qui débourse. Heureusement l'emplacement vaut le coup

Horrible attitude and insane prices - avoid!!!! 200 egp for a Turkish coffee, you get a meal for that price in any place nearby.

My review is for the restaurant on the beach and not the hotel. All I can say is that the server/manager Bakar is a one in a billion human being. Because of his welcoming, warm nature I came back nearly everyday for almost 2 weeks. No other place could compare. From the mint tea to the pancakes, fruit salad, fresh juice, everything was always on point. Wonderful people!

A great experience and a wonderful staff

I've been in Dahab for almost a month, staying at three different hotels from Island to island, and I've visited about two-thirds of the beach cafés and restaurants. This is the only place where I've encountered an absolutely terrible attitude. We arrived at noon and ordered two beers. At all other hotel restaurants, beers cost between 120 and 150 Egyptian pounds, but this place charged 230 pounds per bottle. If there were a regulatory authority, I would definitely report it. They also served a disgusting meat burger for 370 pounds. When I asked why the beer was so expensive and why they hadn’t informed me beforehand, the owner rudely snapped back, "Why didn’t you ask beforehand?" I was speechless. I never expected a business owner to reply to a customer so impolitely and impatiently. The reason I’m writing this review isn’t even about the price of the beer anymore—it’s about the owner’s attitude, which is the worst I’ve encountered in all of Dahab.
