If you are considering staying at this hotel, think twice! (Especially with a tour company) We encountered the most rude, unprofessional hotel management that tries to shift the blame for their own negligence onto the guests. Our agency (Gezi.net) booked the room with a check-out date on the 24th, but told both us and our local guide that it was the 25th. Since the hotel sent the reservation details to the agency and never to us, there was no way for us to know this discrepancy. Upon arrival, we filled out the hotel's registration form together with our guide, clearly writing "25th" as our check-out date, and handed it to the front desk. They didn't even bother to verify the form at check-in! On check-out day, they confronted us demanding extra money to cover up their own oversight. When we showed them the registration form clearly stating the 25th, they arrogantly dismissed it, saying "That's just your reservation," trying to blame us. When we asked, "Why didn't you check the form when we handed it to you at check-in? Why are you harassing us instead of contacting the agency?", instead of apologizing, they had the audacity to threaten us, saying: "The problem is yours. We were going to call the police, but we didn't, so you should be grateful!" They never admitted their fault. They saying: "Fine, we won't charge you, but you must sign this," forcing us to sign a document just to let us leave. Zero hospitality, zero professionalism, and a completely hostile environment. Avoid this hotel at all costs!
