المكان من اول ما بتدخل و الاستقبال حلو من عبدللة و وقت الغدا بيجي يسألك عايز تاكل ايه و طريقة عمل الاكل و الكميات كبيرة جدا محدش بيقدر يخلصها حرفيا و كل شوية بنتسال محتاجين حاجة او في حاجة ناقصانا و القعدات العربي بتتنضف كل شوية و المكان نضيف و الشيف خطير و اكلة طعمة مميز مش كميات بس دة كمان نفس الاكل حلو البول نضيف و كبير مش زي باقي الأماكن اللي ممكن ميكونش متاح فيها اصلا مكان مريح بتقدر تستجم في او تغطس و تشوف السمك

بصراحه الاوتيل نظيف جدا و الناس كويسين جدا و الاكل حلو اوى و البيسين نظيف جدا

فندق شاو تجربه هايله بجد و فندق شيك في المعامله و الخدمه محترمه جدا جدا و الاكل بجد هايل

يا جماعه من افضل الاماكن المريحه في نويبع خدمه مميزه ومكان مريح واكل جامد بس

The room was acceptable but any surface was not clean, I had to clean the dresser surface the bedside surface, the table and even the towel holder in the bathroom and this was offensive to me, although the normal preparing was done (not daily of course). I doubt one of the two towels was washed well from the previous use. There were no TV although we were told that the room level is equivalent to 3 stars Hotel. The stuff was trying to be friendly but you have to repeat your request more than once, even several times. The food taste is acceptable (sometimes good other times not eatable for some people), however the quantity was acceptable only the first meal (first impression), the quantities later was shame to the place, I noticed side items (like fries, salad) were less than half in some servings although asking for the normal quantity, the chicken size in the next meal was almost half its size in the first meal. The place is NOT suitable for groups regarding food quality and quantity, but still acceptable for individuals or couples, at least that's what was clear for me. Finally, the receptionist shouted at me because I entered the kitchen (I was seeking help and no one from the stuff was there although the group were having the breakfast). The photo is to clarify the level of cleanliness in the reception, the same as previously described for the rooms. The beach has a long lagoon,but nearby and neighbouring places have better beach than this one. Finally, when I asked for a day trip to White canyon they could not arrange it, but later they offered a commercial trip to desert because they were seeking to complete a group. The owner is trying to care for the hotel but still has a lot to do. My stay was for 3 nights, May 2026
