    Amazing stay, wonderful staff, and stunning snorkeling! This was our first time in Egypt, and we had an incredible 10 days here. Honestly, we could have easily spent the entire time inside the resort without leaving and never felt bored! Almost everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. A huge thank you to everyone—whether it was the security staff, housekeepers, waiters, chefs, or the golf cart drivers (truly everyone)—we know how hard you all work! We also managed to try 2 of the à la carte restaurants(The manga and Gusto), and both were absolutely faultless. Another huge plus was the pier at the hotel beach, where they provide life jackets, allowing us to safely try snorkeling. The underwater view was simply breathtaking! There were only a few minor issues: some fruits weren't fully ripe, and communication could be a bit challenging at times due to some staff members' limited English. Also, the sellers in the small shops inside the hotel area were quite cheeky (one wanted to charge $12 USD for a pack of 12 tampons). Despite these minor things, it was a wonderful holiday, and we highly recommend it!

    Хочу отметить качественную уборку номера 4215: всё чисто, никаких пыли и разводов. Постельное бельё и полотенца свежие, приятно пахнут. Приятно, что туалетные принадлежности регулярно пополняют. Спасибо Муххамеду — чувствуется, что к делу относятся ответственно!
