Camere top, pulizia eccellente, ragazzi dell’animazione strepitosi , coinvolgenti e gentilissimi, x una vacanza rilassante e il massimo . Da ritornare grazie x questa bellissima vacanza ❤️

UPDATE! We spoke to the front office manager and they did their absolute best to try and make up for the bad day that we had. Unfortunately it didn't become that much better but they were really nice and tried their best. We spoke to them about the Oasis pool restaurant that had a nice menu but the food served was not like described on the menu. There was a lot missing, like guacamole og tomatoes. And when you ask for it they just answer with yes yes I will bring it and they never do - because they don't have it. We explained this to the managers thousands of times but nothing changed. Sadly the stay was not the best due to us being sick monday and tuesday due to food poisining. We were not the only ones. We talked to a lot of people who had had the same experience at the exact same time. At the poolrestaurant we had to wait for over 40 minutes for food and drinks. Sometimes we even got up and got our own drinks from the bar because it took such a long time. A lot of the items on the menu they don't even have and they are very bad at remembering your order. I ordered a brownie with chocolate ice cream but got mango instead. When I told the waiter he took the brownie back and just scooped off the mango ice cream and then put chocolate ice cream on the side. Fortunately I'm not allergic to mango but I don't think that's good enough. The lifeguards and the people around the pool are very nice. And so are the cleaning personel. The recreation guy wanted a review but changed the stars to 5 out of 5 in our review before taking a picture of it. And then he smiled/laughed and said "it's fine". But that is definitely not fine.
